Exploring... Uncle Julio's

Uncle Julio's has various restaurants all over the USA. The one I tried out with my mom was located in Arlington, TX.

Every time I go by the Arlington Highlands, I've wanted to try it out and I finally got the chance.

We ordered:

GRILLED FISH TACOS

Two corn tortillas, grilled tilapia, shredded cabbage, carrots, pico de gallo, spicy avocado cream with cilantro rice and spicy black beans

HONEY CHIPOTLE SALMON

Mesquite grilled filet with corn and black bean cilantro rice and pineapple pico de gallo plus honey chipotle sauce on the side

While the food was decent, I expected more- most likely due to having high expectations for wanting to try it out for quite some time.
